Yes. Our monk fruit sweeteners are 100% plant-based, diabetic-friendly, and safe for daily consumption in Indian kitchens.
3. Do you add any artificial ingredients or chemicals?
No. All our products are free from artificial sweeteners, hidden sugars, chemicals, and synthetic additives.
4. Where are your products sourced from?
We source our ingredients from globally certified suppliers who uphold strict international quality standards, ensuring clean and safe products.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
1. How can I place an order on EPRA Farms?
Simply browse our website, add products to your cart, and checkout using secure payment options.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
3. Is there an extra charge for COD orders?
Yes. COD orders incur an additional handling fee of ₹109 per order.
4. Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. All online payments are processed via secure, trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
5. Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchases?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹550. Orders below ₹550 may attract a nominal shipping charge.
2. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes across India.
3. How long does delivery take?
• Metro Cities: 1-3 working days • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 working days • Remote Areas: 6-9 working days These are estimated timelines. Delivery may vary due to external factors.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and Email once your order is shipped. You’ll get regular updates till delivery.
5. What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS
1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched. Post-dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
2. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched. Contact hello@eprafarms.com immediately for assistance.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
1. Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances.
2. Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are provided. We only offer replacements in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect product deliveries.
3. When am I eligible for a free replacement?
You are eligible if you receive: • A damaged product (physical damage during transit) • An incorrect product • A defective product (expired or packaging failure)
4. How do I request a replacement?
Email us at hello@eprafarms.com within 24 hours of delivery with: • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product • Photo of the shipping label on the box • Unboxing video (from start to end, unedited)
5. Do you replace products for personal taste preferences?
No. Replacements are only for genuine cases like damage, wrong product, or packaging defects. We do not replace products for taste or flavour dislikes.

1. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows faster checkout, order history access, and exclusive updates.
2. Is my personal data safe with EPRA Farms?
Yes. We follow strict data protection practices and never share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
3. Will I receive promotional emails or SMS?
Only if you opt-in. Every promotional message will have an unsubscribe link to opt-out anytime.
4. Do you store my payment information?

1. Are EPRA Farms sweeteners diabetic-friendly?
Yes. Monk fruit does not raise blood sugar levels and is safe for diabetics. However, consult your doctor if you have specific medical conditions.
2. What’s the difference between monk fruit and stevia?
Monk fruit offers a clean, neutral sweetness without the bitter aftertaste often associated with stevia. It’s also considered gentler on digestion.
3. Is your product suitable for vegans?
Yes. Our sweeteners are 100% plant-based and Vegan Certified.
