Meet the Founders


We’re Ekansh and Aashi - siblings, co-founders of EPRA Farms, and life-long lovers of all things sweet.

From homemade gulab jamuns during Diwali to tiramisu at every café visit, our family’s relationship with sugar was simple: if it was sweet, we wanted it. Cakes, mithai, ice creams, chocolates, you name it, we’ve devoured it.

But here’s the thing - as much as we loved our sugar, we couldn’t ignore what it was doing to our health.

We watched people around us - friends, family, even ourselves - struggle with sugar cravings, blood sugar spikes, and all the health baggage that came with it. Diabetes stopped being a statistic. It became personal.

We didn’t want to give up our favourites. We wanted to fix them.

That’s where EPRA Farms started - not in a boardroom, but at our dining table, with two people who were tired of the ‘sugar-free’ versus ‘taste’ battle. We didn’t want to choose sides. We wanted a better option.

Our journey led us to monk fruit - a natural, plant-based sweetener that didn’t spike blood sugar, didn’t compromise on taste, and was already transforming kitchens across the world. Yet, in India, nobody was talking about it.

EPRA Farms is our answer to a simple question:

Why should enjoying sweets come with a health penalty?

We’re not here to preach a sugar-free life. We’re here to make sweetness smarter - to bring clean, functional alternatives into Indian homes without ruining the taste, the rituals, and the joy of food.

We’re just getting started with sugar. There’s a lot more to fix.
