No Hassle Replacements. No Refund Loopholes. We Stand By Our Product - But Not At The Cost Of Misuse.

At EPRA Farms, we take pride in delivering premium-quality, natural food products, packed fresh and shipped with utmost care.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or refunds under normal circumstances.

However, if you receive:
● A damaged product (physical damage during transit)
● An incorrect product (wrong item shipped)
● A defective product (expired, leakage, packaging failure)

We will ensure a free replacement for you.
Refunds will not be provided. Only replacements are allowed in genuine cases.


Eligibility Criteria for Replacements

To be eligible for a free replacement, your claim must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

2. The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

3. You must provide:
● Clear photos of the product (damaged/incorrect)
● Clear photo of outer shipping box with visible shipping label
● An unboxing video (from start to end, uncut)

4. EPRA Farms will inspect and verify the provided proof.

5. One-time replacement only will be provided per order.

 

You are NOT eligible for a replacement if:

● The product has been opened or used.
● You dislike the taste or flavour (personal preference).
● The replacement request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
● Proof provided is unclear, incomplete, or edited.
● Delays caused by courier partners after dispatch (transit delays) are beyond our control.

 

How to Claim a Replacement

 Step 1: Contact Us
● Email us at hello@eprafarms.com within 24 Hours of delivery.
● Mention your Order ID and Reason for Replacement in the subject line.

Step 2: Submit Proof
Attach the following in your email:
Photo of damaged/incorrect product
Photo of outer packaging with shipping label clearly visible
Unboxing video showing the entire package opening (from sealed box to product)

Step 3: Verification Process
● Our Quality Team will review your claim within 24 Hours.
● You’ll receive an email confirming whether your replacement is Approved or Rejected, with reasons mentioned.

Step 4: Replacement Dispatch
● Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
● You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and Email.

 

Legal Protection Clause

EPRA Farms reserves the right to:
● Reject replacement requests if proof provided is insufficient, manipulated, or unclear.
● Reject claims raised after the stipulated 24-hour window.
● Block or blacklist customers found engaging in fraudulent claims or misuse.
● Modify or update this policy at any time, without prior notice.

The final decision on replacement approval will rest solely with EPRA Farms and will be binding and non-negotiable.
