Shipping Policy

At EPRA Farms, we’re not just selling products we’re delivering health and trust, straight to your doorstep. Every order you place is special to us, and we want to make sure it reaches you quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

 

Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

Note: Certain remote or non-serviceable areas may experience extended delivery timelines or limitations.

 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods (festive seasons, sale events), processing time may extend by 1-2 days.



Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 1-3 working day
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 working days
Remote/Rural Areas: 6-9 working days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to external factors like courier delays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all Prepaid Orders.

COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available on select pin codes with an additional COD handling fee of ₹109 per order.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link via WhatsApp and Email.
- Regular updates on your order status until delivery.

 

Delivery Attempt & Re-delivery

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipment will be arranged only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.

 

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters (floods, storms)
- Strikes, lockdowns, or other government restrictions
- Courier delays or operational disruptions EPRA Farms is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we do NOT offer international shipping. We are only servicing orders within India.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders placed on EPRA Farms are final. Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

We request customers to carefully review their cart details, shipping address, and contact information before completing the purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery, please refer to our Replacement & Refund Policy for further steps.
