Pricing & Payments
● All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
● Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. EPRA Farms does NOT store your card or banking details.
● Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations and order values, subject to logistic partner availability.
● EPRA Farms reserves the right to decline COD orders for reasons including high-risk transactions, repeated refusals, or suspected misuse.
Offers & Discounts
● All promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
● Offers are valid for a limited time and can be modified or withdrawn at EPRA Farms’ discretion.
● Any misuse of discounts (e.g., creating multiple fake accounts) may lead to order cancellations and account suspension.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
● Order confirmation is sent via email, WhatsApp or SMS post successful purchase.
● EPRA Farms may cancel orders due to:
1. Product unavailability
2. Pricing or product information errors
3. Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of COD/offers
● Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
● Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be modified or reversed.
● EPRA Farms reserves the right to cancel orders if misuse or high-risk transactions are suspected.
Shipping & Delivery
● Orders are dispatched promptly, typically within 1-2 working days.
● Delivery timelines may vary based on location, logistics partners, or unforeseen circumstances.
● EPRA Farms is not liable for delays post-dispatch caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other external factors.
● COD orders may require OTP verification upon delivery.
● Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days based on your location.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
● Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns or refunds are NOT accepted under normal circumstances.
● Only eligible cases for free replacement are:
1. Damaged product received (physical damage during transit)
2. Incorrect product shipped
3. Expired or defective packaging
● Refunds are NOT provided. Only replacements are allowed in genuine cases.
● All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof, as per our detailed Replacement & Refund Policy.
