EPRA Farms follows a strict no-refund policy.

Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, modified, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds Are Not Provided For:

  • Successfully delivered orders
  • Change of mind
  • Taste or flavour preferences
  • Opened or used products
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Courier delays after dispatch
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

We do not offer monetary refunds.

In genuine cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, only a free replacement may be provided subject to verification under our Replacement Policy.
