Return Policy

At EPRA Farms, we deal in consumable food products that are perishable in nature. For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, we do not accept product returns once an order has been delivered.

All purchases made on www.eprafarms.com are considered final.

Returns Are Not Accepted In The Following Cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Taste or flavour preference
  • Opened or used products
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

Since food products cannot be resold once dispatched, we strictly maintain a no-return policy.
