Our Story

We didn’t grow up thinking we’d start a food company. But we did grow up in a household where chai wasn’t just a drink, it was a ritual. Where every festival meant homemade mithai. And where “healthy” was always associated with giving up taste.

As siblings, we’ve always shared one thing in common  frustration with how complicated eating well had become. Every “healthy” product we saw on the shelves was either loaded with hidden sugars, filled with chemicals, or ridiculously overpriced.

And we noticed this wasn’t just our struggle. Families around us were tired of choosing between taste and health. Diabetics were fed up with being offered tasteless “sugar-free” options. Mothers were confused reading ingredient lists filled with things they couldn’t pronounce.

That’s when we knew this had to change.

Our journey led us to monk fruit. A natural, plant-based sweetener that was being used globally but was practically unknown in India. It wasn’t an artificial chemical. It didn’t spike blood sugar. It was safe, clean, and could actually blend into daily Indian cooking without messing up taste.

That was our starting point.

We launched EPRA Farms not as a trendy health brand, but as a mission-driven food company focused on fixing the basics. We’re starting with sweeteners because sugar is at the root of so many health issues in India. But our journey won’t stop there.

We’re not in a race to release 50 products overnight. Every product we create will be thoughtfully sourced, transparently made, and designed to simplify your everyday food choices.

EPRA Farms isn’t about selling “healthy” as a luxury. It’s about making clean, functional foods accessible to every Indian household without compromising on taste, tradition, or trust.
